RRJ Search was established in Singapore in 2025 out of a conviction that the executive search market for senior legal and governance professionals across Southeast Asia is significantly underserved by specialist firms.

Our founding partners, themselves professionals with experience in MNC legal, compliance, and finance environments, identified a clear gap: large generalist firms lack the subject-matter depth to credibly represent in-house legal and governance functions, while boutique practices rarely have the regional network or operational rigour to consistently deliver at Director level and above.

RRJ Search was built to close that gap. Every mandate is handled by the founding partners. Every candidate is interviewed by someone who has sat in their chair. Every shortlist is curated, not compiled.
