Cassandra
Cassandra founded RRJ Search after more than 15 years in top international search firms, spanning leadership mandates across Singapore, Southeast Asia, Korea and Europe.
She advises boards, CEOs, CHROs, General Counsel and functional leaders on senior legal, compliance, risk and governance appointments, succession, market benchmarking and leadership assessment. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how governance functions can strengthen organisational performance and provide a strategic advantage.
A certified psychotherapist, Cassandra is also accredited in Korn Ferry’s leadership assessment methodologies.
Raphael
A seasoned private equity professional, Raphael partners with portfolio-company leadership teams to translate investment priorities into operational performance and long-term value creation. This gives him an intimate understanding of how businesses make decisions, allocate resources, navigate competing priorities and turn strategy into results.
At RRJ Search, Raphael leads the firm’s operations and business strategy. He contributes to selected mandates by bringing a seasoned commercial and investor lens to the definition of the leadership brief and the assessment of candidates.

Hayden Gordine is Managing Director of Kelly Gordine, and has 20 years of global legal recruitment experience including 10 years in Hong Kong. He has a focus on General Counsel and Head of Legal searches, predominantly on a retained basis. His track record spans PE/VC-backed scale-ups through to multinational conglomerates, supporting them in building and strengthening their legal functions.

Ann-Marie Martakis
Ann-Marie Martakis is Executive Director at Kelly Gordine, and has 18 years of legal recruitment experience across the UK and Australia. She specialises in partnering with C-suite leaders to appoint first-time legal hires and general counsels at critical inflexion points in a company's growth journey. Both Ann-Marie and Hayden are recognised for their expertise in high-growth environments.
